The firm of Harker Mellinger was founded in 1983 by partners Steve Harker and Ken Mellinger with the purchase of John Byrtus' CPA practice. Since then, there have been additional acquisitions of small accounting firms. Harker Mellinger CPAs, LLC has continued to grow in staff as well as services. The staff, comprised of three partners, one professional, seven paraprofessionals, and an administrative support person, has built the firm's foundation with commitment to provide service to clients in Sheridan, Wyoming, as well as rural northern Wyoming and Southern Montana. This ongoing commitment as a stable, dependable member of the local business community has allowed us to grow consistently.
