Steven C Harker, CPA, CVA


Steve received a BS with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1980. He worked for a local accounting firm for three years before acquiring his own practice in 1983. Steve became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 1995. Steve is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Wyoming Society of CPAs, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and Rotary International.

Alicia I Cox, CPA, CVA


Alicia earned a BS in Business/Accounting from Regis University in 1997 and received her MBA from Phoenix University in 2005. In 2006, she passed the CPA Exam. Alicia has been practicing with the firm since 1999 and became a partner on January 1, 2008.

Karen E Green, EA


Karen received an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Miles Community College in 1986. Prior work experience includes Secretarial, Bookkeeping, and Accounting. Karen joined Harker Mellinger in 2002 and became a partner January 1, 2008. She earned the Enrolled Agent designation in 2010.

Chance Harris, CPA

Staff Accountant

Chance is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and passed the CPA Exam in 2013.  Chance began his employment with Harker Mellinger as an intern in January of 2011 and returned as a staff accountant in September of 2011.

Patrick Suchor, CPA

Staff Accountant

Patrick began his employment with Harker Mellinger in November, 2012. 

Laura Love, CPA

Staff Accountant

Laura joined the Harker Mellinger team in May, 2012.  She has most recently graduated from Montana State University - Billings with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  Laura currently assisits clients with bookkeeping services as well as provides tax preparation support.

Nikki Osterland

Staff Accountant

Nikki has been a member of the Harker Mellinger staff accounting team since 2004.  Nikki provides tax preparation support for the firm as well as bookeeping services.

Diane Malkuch


Diane joined the Harker Mellinger team in 2006. Diane's prior work experience has been in the retail and customer service areas, which began at the age of 16. She has a dual membership in the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Maureen Heimbaugh

Administrative Assistant

Maureen began her career with Harker Mellinger in January of 2009.  Maureen provides support to the entire organization and assists with the day to day administration tasks.

Pat O'Leary


Pat joined the Harker Mellinger team in 2003 as a Paraprofessional. Pat's prior work experience includes being employed as a bookkeeper for a local accounting firm for 22 years and working as an office manager for an auto dealership prior to moving to Sheridan. She has also been an active member of Beta Sigma Phi for the past 20 years.

Sydney Dannels


Sydney joined the Harker Mellinger team in 2013 as a Paraprofessional providing bookkeeping services to our clients.
